Wild out-of-nowhere document of the sound of four European free-thinkers blowing the beards offa entire theatres full of unbelievers with some immaculately squoze free jazz of the classic post-Eye & Ear Control vintage. These five played alongside Sunny Murray and a bunch of em made their mark as members of John Tchicai's Cadentia Nova Danica and Manfred Schoof's European Echoes group but they rarely sounded as beautifully out to lunch as they do here. Hugh Steinmetz on trumpet, Frank Beckerlee on alto sax, Niles Harrit on saw (giving the music a beautifully eerie high Industrial/gospel feel), Steffen Andersen on bass and Bo Thirge Andersen on drums.
