Far Flung Hum Wodger #1 LP £15.99 Privately pressed LP from Christmas Decorations, released in an edition of only 200 copies with handmade letter-pressed covers. These guys had a buncha records released on K***ky, 12K and Community Library and they have a sound that combines free, texturally detailed improvisations that are somewhere between NNCK and more ‘traditionally’ nuanced improv gambits, gorgeous zoned loop work ala Fripp & Eno, a feel for glazed electronics that is almost European and a commitment to creating omnivorous, osmotic psychedelic music. An excellent recording, beautifully rendered. |
